Instructions for the Form

Welcome to Zion's Good Earth Village campership registration form. Please fill out the form below and hit "send email." Then you will be connected to a duplicate screen. Enter the letter verification at the bottom of the page and hit "send email." Pr. Emily will send you a response within 24 hours to let you know the registration form has been received. 

It is our hope at Zion to provide 15% of the cost of the camp to each camper who registers for financial assistance. 

If it is easier for you to print the form out, that is okay, too.  Please print it out and return it to Pastor Emily when it is completed. 

This is step #1.  Next, families need to DIRECTLY register for camp with Good Earth Village.
